We collect it
Set out your tagged bag on your chosen route day before the pickup window. We collect and track it as your order.
Washed your way
Everything accepted in the bag is washed using the detergent, water temperature, and care preferences saved in your account.
Dried as requested
We completely dry the load using your selected low, medium, or air-dry setting and follow any bag-specific care note.
Folded & protected
Clean clothes are folded on a freshly sanitized surface, kept with your order, and packed in a clean protective plastic bag.
Back within 48 hours
We return everything to your doorstep within 48 hours of pickup, ready to go straight into drawers and closets.
Good to know
Your saved preferences apply automatically. Add a one-time care note when scheduling if a particular bag needs something different. Keep dry-clean-only items, valuables, hazardous or heavily contaminated items out of the bag. The 48-hour return is our service target and may shift for severe weather, equipment issues, or unsafe access—we’ll contact you if it does.
